Its thermal conductivity is as low as 0.035W/(m・K), forming a highly efficient heat-insulating layer. The outer spunbond non-woven fabric has good temperature resistance. The synergistic effect of the double-layer structure can keep the temperature of hot food above 50℃ within 3 hours at 25℃, and the temperature of cold food below 10℃, effectively meeting the temperature requirements of long-term delivery of takeaways.
Waterproof
The non-woven takeaway bag uses a waterproof coating process to evenly cover the surface of the non-woven fabric with a dense polymer waterproof film. The water contact angle of the film can reach 135°, making it difficult for water droplets to penetrate. At the same time, the ultrasonic seamless pressing technology is used to process the bag body seams. Compared with the traditional sewing method, the waterproof performance is improved by 40%, which can effectively block rainwater and food soup to ensure that the food is not disturbed by moisture.

The non-woven takeaway bag uses high-strength polypropylene (PP) non-woven fabric with a gram weight of 80g/㎡, with a longitudinal tensile strength of 20MPa and a transverse tensile strength of 18MPa. Compared with ordinary 60g/㎡ non-woven takeaway bags, the load-bearing capacity is increased by 30%. The reinforced handle is made of double-layer thickened non-woven fabric and nylon thread interwoven and sewn. After structural mechanics optimization design, the single-point load-bearing capacity can reach 8kg.
