Raw Material Preparation: The process begins with the preparation of raw materials, primarily polypropylene (PP) granules. These granules are melted and extruded to form continuous filaments.

For non-woven bags, printing can be directly onto the fabric without lamination ( with a limited amount of colors could be printed) or using BOPP film/lamination. Other customizations, such as adding pockets or compartments, can also be done in this stage.

Quality Control: The bags undergo rigorous quality control inspections to ensure they meet the desired standards for strength, durability, and appearance. The QC step takes place during the production and before the goods are ready to pack into carton, ensuring the bags can be at highest quality.

Packaging and Shipping: The finished bags are packaged and shipped to customers or retailers.

This production process can be customized to create non-woven bags with varying characteristics, such as thickness, strength.

Flexographic (Flexo) Printing
Flexographic (Flexo) printing is a modern version of letterpress developed with high-speed rotary functionality. It involves the use of a flexible relief plate that is mounted on a cylinder. The plate is filled with the desired ink and brought into contact with the non-woven bag. Through this process, the ink is transferred to the bag.
This printing technique is well-suited for a high volume of non-woven bags, and it can be used with a wide variety of colors and designs.
