Through extrusion blow molding, cast film and other molding processes, the raw materials are processed into flexible and barrier films, and then made into packaging bags through cutting, heat sealing and other processes.

Highly Efficient Biodegradability
The biodegradable plastic packaging bags for clothes are made of a composite formula of polylactic acid (PLA) and starch-based materials. Under composting conditions, the degradation rate can reach more than 85% within 90 days. Under the action of microorganisms, it can be decomposed into water and carbon dioxide without producing microplastic residues.
Three-layer Composite Structure
The biodegradable plastic packaging bags for clothes adopt a three-layer composite structure of "outer wear-resistant layer - middle reinforcement layer - inner protective layer". The outer layer uses a modified PLA film of 30g/㎡, which is treated by a biaxial stretching process and has a tear strength of 25N/mm; the middle layer is reinforced with nanocellulose to increase the overall tensile strength to 40MPa; the inner layer uses PBAT material, and the heat sealing strength is stable at 18N/15mm. This structural design enables the packaging bag to have a load-bearing capacity of 5kg, effectively avoiding damage during transportation and storage.
Moisture-proof And Oxygen-proof
The water vapor permeability of the PBAT material in the inner layer of biodegradable plastic packaging bags for clothes is less than 5g/(㎡・24h), and the oxygen permeability is less than 10cm³/(㎡・24h), forming a physical barrier to isolate external moisture and oxygen. At the same time, the barrier coating in the three-layer structure further reduces the gas permeability, allowing the garment to be stored in a humid environment for 6 months with the moisture content increment controlled within 2%, effectively preventing the fabric from mildew and fading.
