Waterproof back seal bag is a sealed packaging product made of food-grade PE, PET or PA and other polymer materials through a composite process. It can be widely used in outdoor products, food preservation, electronic moisture-proof and other scenarios.
Product Features
Excellent Waterproof Performance
The waterproof back seal bag adopts a three-layer co-extrusion structure, with the outer layer being high-density polyethylene (HDPE), the middle layer being low-density polyethylene (LDPE), and the inner layer being linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE). This structure ensures that the bag remains sealed under a water pressure of 0.1MPa to prevent moisture penetration. The back seal design seals the back of the bag through heat sealing technology, reducing the side seams and further improving the waterproof performance. Compared with traditional side-sealed bags, the waterproof performance is improved by about 35%.
High Structural Strength
The waterproof back seal bag adopts a multi-layer co-extrusion process, with an overall thickness controlled at 100±5 microns, a tensile strength of 20MPa, and a tear strength of 120N/mm. At room temperature, the maximum load-bearing capacity of a single bag can reach 15kg, which is suitable for heavy packaging.
Excellent Temperature Resistance
The polyethylene material selected for the waterproof back seal bag has good temperature resistance, and the bag body maintains stable physical properties in the range of -30℃ to +80℃ without brittle cracking or softening.
Good Sealing Performance
The waterproof back seal bag adopts heat sealing technology, and the sealing width is 10mm to ensure the sealing of the sealing. The sealing strength reaches 15N/15mm to prevent the packaging from leaking.
